Click architecture tabbuild panelroof drop down roof by extrusion. Specify the work plane. We ve just load the profile but haven t define where it should be used. Appreciated for its simplicity and function.

Your downpipe elbows should automatically generate via the revit autorouting. Activate roof fascia. When you are happy with your profile sketch go ahead and hit the green cross. Click duplicate to create a new type.

The highest level in the project is selected by default. For static design and calculations use lindabs own developed software lindab structuraldesigner which you will find on lindabs website. Give it name roof slab edge. Notice how the roof is built down from the profile sketch you created.

In the above image you can see the roof geometry in elevation. Display an elevation 3d or section view. Select element properties type properties. You can load it by accessing revit menu open family.

Made of polyester coated metal sheet for exact color range in your country please visit your local lindab website. This will instruct revit to proceed and create the 3d geometry for your roof form. Now we need to tell revit to use it in a fascia family. Revit will open contextual tab in your ribbon.
